Hello Everyone

Thanks for the help so far. I have found where to remove recent sermons from the menus and from the box at the bottom on the main page. How do I remove the box itself? see: www.johnswaney.com/mtzionjoomla

I've tried disabling several things as trials (i.e. below_body 1-5) in the module manager and also things in the section and category manager. What am I missing?

Hello, as long as you have unpublished the module they will remove from the page. If you are tyring to unpublish menu links use the men manager to unpublish the links.

I guess I'm not sure which module to unpublish. Again it is not real clear which box is which in the various module / plugin / category / section screens.

No disrespect, but I did in the first post. www.johnswaney.com/mtzionjoomla/ its the box at the bottom of the page with no content (now looks like a border box) - previously it contained sermon links.

Hello, that is not a module position, this is the area your content and components will show. There is a section in the template configuration to turn this off but it will only turn off for the homepage.
