: Problem with accordion menu : digivate November 10, 2009, 12:14:58 PM Evening
We've just installed the accordion menu in a site we are developing and on the homepage we get a javascript error window.addEvent is not a function s5_accordion_menu.js()s5_accor...n_menu.js (line 16) [Break on this error] window.addEvent('domready', function(){\r\n Any ideas - it's driving me round the bend as it doesn't appear on an article page. In addition, should I be able to add a parent menu item with no link and let users expand the sub items without leaving the page ?? If so, which type do I choose in the menu manager setup ?? Thanks John : Re: Problem with accordion menu : jonahh November 10, 2009, 01:28:24 PM Hello,
Can you post a URL? : Re: Problem with accordion menu : digivate November 10, 2009, 01:32:00 PM Sorry but the site is on an internal dev box. Anything else I can send you to help?
: Re: Problem with accordion menu : jonahh November 11, 2009, 01:53:24 PM Do you have any other modules or plugins on the site that are using mootools or jquery? If so try disabling these to see if it solves the problem.
: Re: Problem with accordion menu : digivate November 12, 2009, 12:08:13 PM We do, it's the S5 Tab Show module - refer to my post in the Tab Show forum as that doesn't work either.
: Re: Problem with accordion menu : jonahh November 12, 2009, 01:05:22 PM If you unpublish the tab show does it work then?
: Re: Problem with accordion menu : digivate November 13, 2009, 11:03:09 AM Unfortunately not.
I still get the same issue in firebug. With the modules we have downloaded, it fails whenever I use the S5 javascript components and not mootools : Re: Problem with accordion menu : jonahh November 13, 2009, 01:03:41 PM I'm not sure really what to suggest without seeing it first hand. If you can put it up on a URL where I can view I'd be able to help you out.
