My membership expired yesterday and I cant see the shopper frenzy template forum anymore... I could understand that as a free member I no longer have support ...BUT at least you could grant me access to the forum just to see if any of my current or future problems are solved...

Hello, forum access to the club boards expires when your membership expires, this is part of the membership. You would need to renew your account to continue access to the forum boards.

Forum support is part of your membership. This is very clearly explained in our terms of use:

http://www.shape5.com/terms_of_use.html

Also, your expired membership is not the correct membership for use with a client. A developer membership is required for anyone working on site's that are not their own.

I got Shopper Frenzy for my own use... I am just wondering what to do if a customer chooses one template of yours ? Pay a developers subscription is far too expensive...

Anyway, there is a problem with my shopper frenzy website as rendered with the latest IE8.

Please check attached pictures and live site: www.geta.gr/eshop

The weird thing is that it don't happens all the time... so please browse a couple of pages...

If you can help me correct it, I will be happy to renew my subscription.

Thanking you in advance...

I have the same issue with Shape 5 templates and I will not buy another one because of this. I certainly understand that I should not expect to post and get support from the template developers, but just being able to read other people's questions in most cases answer my questions anyway. Yes, I know that this is what we agreed to when we bought the initial membership, but I'm replying to this thread to tell Shape 5 this this policy is horrendous customer service. Perhaps you might offer a support plan for sale to those of us who might need help in the future, but cutting us off from even seeing the support forum is really low.

Hello, this is a standard practice. Support comes with a membership.

Hello, again we cannot provide support on an expired membership. If you need support you must renew your membership and post in the shopper frenzy forum board.

Quite a few times in the past and during my subscription time, you didn't help much...

So, I am asking:  If I renew my subscription are you going to help me fix the template problem ?

Please check the problem above and let me know...

Many thanks...

Hello, I am looking through your previous posts and there are none that went unanswered and all were answered in an appropriate amount of time.

I am looking at your site in IE8 on two machines and do not see the issue you are referring to. I would suggest checking this one a second machine.
