sorry mustve forgot the first time : Re: 'inset' module and Internet explorer. : mikek December 07, 2009, 09:39:51 AM Hello, your site is showing a blank page.
: Re: 'inset' module and Internet explorer. : craven2 December 07, 2009, 10:04:19 AM We moved overnight.
http://www.civvystreetmagazine.co.uk The full site is sitting to the left, and the 'inset' module is pushed right down. I've not touched any of the style sheets, have tried going through and disabling plugins/modules I've installed but didn't seem to make a difference. : Re: 'inset' module and Internet explorer. : mikek December 07, 2009, 10:09:29 AM Hello, try increasing the width of the inset position and the right position columns in the template configuration area.
: Re: 'inset' module and Internet explorer. : craven2 December 07, 2009, 10:11:51 AM Sorry, I don't know what that means.
The template configuation manager? You mean Extensions>Template Manager? and then edit the style sheets? or the html? : Re: 'inset' module and Internet explorer. : craven2 December 07, 2009, 10:32:31 AM I managed to get the full thing centred by adding this code
: body { text-align: center } #container { width: 770px; margin: 0 auto; text-align: left } Although, it also centred all my text in the process :/ : Re: 'inset' module and Internet explorer. : mikek December 07, 2009, 10:48:48 AM Hello, that css is going to cause issues with your text alignment.
The template configuration area is found by clicking on the template's name in the template manager. Once you click on the name there will be parameters that you can input your own custom settings. : Re: 'inset' module and Internet explorer. : craven2 December 07, 2009, 11:37:03 AM I modifed the inset width and all that did was...change the width of the inset. It didn't jump up when I made it smaller (I tried the smallest possible)
I've tried modifying the Right & Left width but no matter what values I put in here it doesnt change anything : Re: 'inset' module and Internet explorer. : mikek December 07, 2009, 12:17:32 PM If you can private message me super admin access I can look into this.
: Re: 'inset' module and Internet explorer. : craven2 December 08, 2009, 04:12:54 AM mikek got it working by replacing the style sheet and index.php to default (for anyone who experiences a similar problem)
