My weather module is empty. I followed installation process from ?outside the US tutorial? and still nothing. My local code is UKXX0652, I think@? (Longfield, Kent, United Kingdom). It appears your problem is not the tutorial but rather your server itself. You need to allow url f open most likely in your php.ini file. I asked my provider to enable the PHP option allow_url_fopen. His response is <<Pour des raisons de s?curit?, nous n'ouvrons pas d'acc?s globale par contre nous pouvons ajouter des adresses IP ? notre pare feu. Peut ?tre que cela r?pondra ? votre demande. Dans ce cas, veuillez nous indiquer quelle adresse IP vous souhaitez ajouter?>> They don't want to generally open url access, but agree to do it for specif IP address.
