Hello,

Thank you for providing great Joomla templates and extensions. I am working on a site with the Touch of Soul template and it is looking really good. I have a problem with the accordion menu in IE, it loads fine when you go to the site but when you click on a link from the accordion menu the refresh of the entire page does not give you back the accordion menu. IE displays in the lower right corner "done but with errors".

The site works fine in Firefox, but unfortunately not everyone uses it.

I do not use PM, so please don't just ask for me to pm you access, I will be happy to email you a temporary super user account. Just tell me where to email it to. The site is live but I have it down for maintenance in the Joomla global config. I am really trying to finish this site in the next few days so it can go public.

Man that was easy, I always thought I had to be using sone icq software or some other instant messenger, thanks for the tip and thanks for looking into my accordion menu issue in IE. I can't be the only one this is happening to.

Hello, I just checked your site in IE8 and do not see this error anywhere and the accordion is functioning. Is there a particular page it appears on?

The homepage loads Accordion fine, you can expand the accordion fine, but when you click any of the links from the accordion it will not load the accordion on the resulting page.

Hello, I tested several pages and they loaded. Can you give me a step by step to reproduce the problem with specific links to click?

I'm at a loss, I do not know why you can't see what I am seeing. If you are at the site in IE:
http://bocabling.net/ click the product directory ">Watches" to expand, then click "18k Rare Pearlmaster" and when you get that page the accordion menu is no longer loaded, it is a plain directory list with no expansion links/descriptions.

I checked it on another PC and it was the same problem.

The roll over image you are using is conflicting with the module, if you can private message me super admin access I can look into this.

Thanks Mike, what was the reason for this? How come the accordion does not stay open upon a click to an item?

I see that you got the accordion to load in IE after clicking a sub menu item, I appreciate that. Please tell me what you had to do to remedy the initial problem.

Hello, it calls the mootools script differently, the easiest way would be copy all of the module's files over after installing it in a new installation.
