Hello,

You have to upload them to a folder on your server and then you put the URL to them in the media player admin area.

Hi Jonah,

Thankssssssss a lot, it is working NOW!!!

One more question. I cannot get rid of the wording MEDIAPLATE right underneath Home... and to the left of BACKGROUND Examples...

Any idea how to change that name or get rid of it??

THanks a lot,

Carmelo

Head on over to your main menu item and open the home menu item and change the parameters in the right column to hide site title.

I am having trouble uploading videos too.  I created a folder, put the videos in there and also put in a jpg thumbnail to go alongside.  Nothing shows up on the final preview screen... I have refreshed numerous times...

The thumbnail has been loaded into a new folder in the Media Manager and I can see it there.... However, does not show up in the preview even though I've carefullly put in the path...

This is my first installation and I'm wondering if I'm working off of a demo model.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I'm really stuck.... no video... no images... nothing seems to change.

thank you

Jim Crabtree

If you paste your URL to the videos into your browser URL do you get a download prompt?  Try to do this to be sure that they are valid URLs
