In firefox the site looks good but in explorer the bottom half is all broken up. I am using the SiteShaper with Touch of Soul template.

Can someone urgently help me - how to format for Windows Explorer??

Hello, touch of soul is a paid club member template only. Your account was voided because it failed 2checkout'd fraud department's verficiation. You will need to upgrade your account to paid status and post in the correct forum to receive support.

I spoke with them and explained that I am out of the country working for a client so when I purchased the template it showed that my IP was in the foreign country. They said they would process it again. If they haven't I am more than willing to give you the payment info again or some other way to update my account. I like your site, and the templates and my client is waiting :)

Hello, these issues are usually caused by a module or incorrectly coded article. I would suggest disabling your modules one by one to see if you can identify which is causing the problem.

It seems that spotlight-news1, when deleted gives room for the other 2 columns but isn't there a way to make it all fit? There is a lot of empty space this way.

Also MP3 Player doesn't show the song loading in explorer - just an empty box.

Any ideas?

Hello, you can put three spotlight news modules in there but if your content inside is larger than the available space it will cause this issue. Try putting three back on and then adjust your content, you'll be looking for any images, tables or divs that have a width on them and try reducing the width. If an item is set too wide it would cause this problem.

Make sure you have flash installed on that browser or the player will not show.

Thanks for the quick response, Mike. I have flash loaded on the browser but still can't see the MP3 player. It's listed as Shockwave Flash Object in Addons and then ActiveX Control
So it should be loaded, right?
any way to get the player loaded.
