Greetings,

We have install some Joomla templates for some customers, and We have a problem with this template:

The contact form don?t send mails. We think that the problem is for the Joomla plataform, then test and check all posible solutions in the forums without any solution. We check our hosting service but the other joomla of our custormers (in the same hosting) are working very well.

Do you know something about our problem? Is the first time that we have a problem like this with shape5 template SiteShaper.   :-\


We?re changing the all settings in "Global Settings" / "Server" / "Mail Configuration" and the component "contact" has the correct mail.  We verify all posible settings:

PHP Mailer
SendMail
SMTP Server

etc...

for Google APPS we try for example:

And don?t work anything setting.

Other details:

1. Now We update the SiteShaper Joomla 1.5.7 to Joomla 1.5.15 (Last version) and don?t work.

2. We check with others mails and don?t work.

Hello, this would be a problem with your host. The template itself has no control over the contact form and does effect it's code at all. I would suggest looking on joomla.org's forum board to see if there are any similar issues posted.
