I'm on a new install of Joomla 1.5.2 and am a noob - so apologies if this is user error...

I've loaded the template and attempted to use the advert1 Mega-dropdown feature.  When I associate a module and activate it with any page associated, the template dumps all the modules, features, etc and looks like everything's been  deleted.

itprojectmechanic.com (PM for a name/pw)
Thanks,
Cris

noobnotes - the behavior follows the page assignment (duh, but it could help) - modifying styles and other changes don't remove the odd behavior or present the drop down

Hi, have you modified anything on the template? The really strange part is that none of your positions are showing correctly except for the Tab Show. If you click on the following it is supposed to show all the positions:

Have you modified anything in Joomla itself as well?

No, unless it was thru some ignorant error.  I also haven't mod'd Joomla from the core (don't know how).  No additional modules from the ones here - I wanted to start easy and work my way up to more content mgmt modules from there.

If it makes sense to nuke the template and start again, feel free or I can do it.
Thanks,

Let me try to add more data, b/c I just loaded the template on my WOS version of Joomla (1.5.0) and it works.

Host installed version 1.5.2 through SimpleScripts installation.  When I opened the template first time, the top no-moo menu wasn't visible and I had to add new titles/names to the S5 tabs in order to get that to show.

Can't think of anything else...  is this 1.5.2 or something w/ my host perhaps?

I would first try reinstalling the template, and if that doesn't work try reinstalling Joomla thorugh the zip file on Joomla.org and not your host's script. The template should have no issues with 1.5.2

Well, it's functional now - probably PEBKAC on my end... (problem exists between the keyboard and chair)
Thanks for your assistance!  You guys have fantastic products and I'm excited to see what you all come up with next.
