Can you clarify what Non-Profit means?  Do they have to be registered as a Non-Profit?

Thanks!

Hello, non-profit sites are defined here under #2:

http://www.shape5.com/terms_of_use.html

Let me know if you have any questions about a specific organization.

OK I read the terms of use and understand what constitutes a non-profit site.

Just so I can clarify not to break the rules, do I have to register or notify Shape5 of a non-profit site that is using a template from one of the memberships?

Thank you.  Smiley

Hello, no there is no need to register that site with us. It is based more off of an honor system.

Hi folks,

So...my exact scenario:

-- I webmaster for a non-profit site...with government "paperwork"...I have multiple related domains
-- I have a personal site...with no paperwork...unless you count tax returns :-)
-- I have a church web site...which may or may not have paperwork (supposedly we have something for tax deductible purposes)

Can I use the y 3 domain license across all of those, paperwork or not, because they don't count toward the domain count?

Thanks,

Alan

Hello, because they are non-profit you do not need to have a developer membership and they will not count towards your domain count. But any that you use for your personal use and are not non-profit they will count towards your domain count.

Thanks Mike...

Just to clarify...my personal web site is not used for any commercial reasons...so okay there too without counting against the license count?

Thanks...

Hello, yes that is correct. That would not count against your domain count.
