Hi,

Downloaded and installed the template OK but I can't get the main menu to look like that of your demo. The icon for the main menu title is missing and the interspace lines and space between the icons is all wrong. I have attached an image of my problem.

Mark,

There is a tutorial here for setting up the image menu:

Mike,

Had already tried the tutorial.

Note that this a completely new installation so I'm relying on the defaults of what is set at installation time of both joomla 1.5.3 and your template.

I'm running php 4.4.4 and apache 2.0.63.

What I don't understand is were do you set the icon for the main menu text which is missing or change it, I have put the house.png in the stories directory and use it for the "home" menu entry but were/how do you expect to find it for the main menu text title ?

Hi, the defaults are not correct for Joomla 1.5, you need to do the following "Set the menu style to vertical (Legacy - Vertical in Joomla 1.5)"

Once you upload the images to the stories folder they will appear in the drop for the menu image under any menu item. You simply select whatever image you want for it to show on the menu.

I have loaded up the images and set the menu style to legacy - vertical and what I showed in the attached screenshot earlier is what I get.

What about the icon next the the "Main menu" text, how is that changed ?
All the spacing between the icons and the menu text is not the same and the menu item separating lines don't match either.

Could I have missed something in my ie7 browser settings ?

OK I have sorted it, I was miss interpreting the module style thinking it was the template style, I now have a menu that look like your demo.

Thanks for your feedback
