Can someone help me out to change the left margin of < Prev and > Next when browse trough articles? I like to align it with the text above.
See example: http://www.stats-clan.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=51&Itemid=28

You can edit the padding/margin below:

template_css.css (line 298)

.pagenav, .pagenav_prev, .pagenav_next, .pagenavbar {
padding:0 2px;
}

Thanx jonahh, but i tried that allready. But in some way it won't work? I can't figure out why?
Maybe i there's another way to make it change.

Perhaps the file isn't saving?  I took a look at your site and it appears that its still padding:0 2px;

If you use firebug for firefox you can see what I am seeing.
