Hi, first of all, I'm really interested and tempted with your products, templates and extensions. However,

I would like to clarfify a few doubts here:

1) Let's say I take Standard 1 Year 3 Domain package, do I get to test out on my website by installing the templates? How do u consider as one domain? I read in your previous posts that it counts when you install, am I right? Meaning to say that I CAN'T install and try out first to get the feel of it?

2) I have 2 domains currently. How do u count? Do i register my domain from the start at first?

2) A user had pointed out in the previous posts that during the membership period, we can download as many templates and extensions as we like, is this true? So I can freely try out the templates and extensions to get the most suitable one on my website, true?

Hope to hear from the admin soon.

Thanks for the great products!

Hello,

1. A domain is considered any installation of Joomla. Test sites do not count against your domain usage.

2. There is no need to register the domain with us, the system is based off of an honor system.

3. Yes, you will have unlimited access to downloads but you are limited to using as many on live sites as the amount of domains that you signup for.

Thanks a lot for the reply. Really appreciate your time taken to clear my doubts.

However, I still need clarification on the issue no. 3.

When you say that I'm "limited to using as many on live sites as the amount of domains that you signup for", do you mean that I can install the templates in my site as many times and try them out as well?

OK, here's the scenario: I have 2 domains, say mydomain.com and mydomain2.com.

So I download as many templates as I wish, then I install the templates that I've downloaded into mydomain.com. I try each and every one out on my site until i'm satisfied. Perhaps I install 5 templates and use all of the 5, by changing them every now and then.

Then I do the same thing as well on mydomain2.com. (Hence 2 domains used up).

Is the scenario above possible? Or does it mean that I can ONLY install ONLY ONE templates and that's it. Meaning to say, if I install one template then I'm doomed, that I've used up my template for the domain.

So, how is it ya?

Thank you very much for your helpful answer.

Regards,

Hello,

The domains count by how many are being used. Just installing them does not count as a use of a domain, it must be live on a site. So if you have a domain that has 5 templates installed but only 1 is active this is only 1 domain use. I hope that helps.

Thanks for the reply.

Alright, so let me get this right: I can install as many as I want and try out as many as I want on  my live domain, as long as it's on ONE domain, right? So, I'm free to try it out on my live site, true?

Thanks a lot. I think I'll subscribe from you soon if all okay   Smiley

Hello, once your membership expires may still continue to use the templates without paying any extra fees or renewals.
