I would remove update notify from any article,
 is it possible or  could I use a different  article kind from that of news ?

I would remove the administrator modify date
that appears on news article,
an information on site  when I write  articles or when I modify them
(see in green squares)

Hello,

These are parameters you can set to hide in the article itself. When you are editing the article in the backend you will see parameters down the right side, from the section you can turn these areas off.
