Hi

I cannot get this module to display the third main image out of three - Please see the site:

www.i-pilot.co.uk/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=156&Itemid=172

The image path is correct (its also shown in the page code etc) but the third main image refuses to show up on IE, FF or Chrome

Help!

Jonahh

I PM'd you over the weekend - any chance you could take a look at this for me please?

The site is supposed to launch tomorrow, 1st March 2011

Many thanks

Jonahh

No response received from you, although I note that you've logged into the admin suite of the site and changed the "Fader Effect" to the final option (Sine.easeOut) and the third image now appears. So thank you very much for fixing it.

I cannot see any other changes to files in the system, based on a check of their creation dates. So simply changing the "Fader Effect" seems to remedy the problem.

Why the great mystery over how to fix this issue? Why don't you just state that depending on particular website configurations or  combinations of complex extensions/modules/plugins/components/templates there could be an issue requiring you to choose a different Fader Effect?

Heck, we're all building increasingly complicated websites these days, and normally expect the occasional glitch to appear. I've read through countless posts trying to find an answer to this, where other users have the same (or very similar) issues and cannot get a resolution other than "Give me a login to your admin suite and I'll take a look". So it has taken lots of extra valuable time that I for one did not really have to waste on this.

If I'm wrong here, please confirm what the issue is, and how you fixed it without, apparently, changing any site files in the process.

Great extensions, good looking templates, but terrible support. I seriously doubt I'll be renewing my subscription

Many thanks

Hello,

I did respond to your PM and mentioned the reason it wasn't working is because the module width and your image widths weren't the same.  I changed them to be the same width and then it started working.
