There are a lot of features that we could put into our templates, but we'd really like to know what you are looking for the most. Also, some features can be done in multiple ways; for example a template with multiple colors can be done with an image swapper button on the homepage or by pre-defining a style in the backend. Which do you prefer? The same question could apply to font adjusters and width adjusters. We're looking for any input at all; new features, changing a feature, etc., we value everyone's opinion!
Thank you,

A feature that allows the frontpage to be linked to the forums. In other words if you post a news article to the frontpage a thread is created in the forums automatically. Similar to the VBulletin feature. Example of the VBulletin feature can be seen on www.zgeek.com.

If you use JSMF bridge there is a mambot like that. It works for many language but not correctly for German, French and some other Latin country's, because of the charset. if you got accent in your joomla news, then you got some problems in the forum. For example , you got a word like "essayé" you will have "essay&\#" in the forum. But it if you want Joomla and bridged SMF Forum, just use the JSMF component, optional modules and bots of http://www.joomlahacks.com

Thanks alduccio, we have been thinking about releasing one for Joomla itself, several other people have suggested the same thing. Sound like we should get working on this

Sound like we should get working on this Hi, I would like to use VM Accordion Menu, however I am developing a company website so I don't plan to use Virtuemart (I'm setting it up on a standard joomla 1.5 template). Would it be possible to integrate VM Accordion Menu there? If not, then when are you planning to release this Accordion Menu for standard joomla. I need to make a fast decision on whether to buy it or not. Cheers, Filip Miloszewski

An easy to update calendar of events which links to body text within the site with more details. OR Does something like this alreAdy exist that I can upload? THANKS! http://www.livingessence.com.auAlso, we are completely new to Joomla, have bought your module, but are struggling to use it. Haven't fugired out how to manage images. Can upload in 'Content manager' but don't know how to access manage or use. Also, on our page, there is jumbled code looking text in the search bar i can't get rid of. Many thanks, Please advise. Hi Brett, You should publish your search module on that position, now overthere is the newsflash published. The best thing you can do is that you take a look at the positions on your site, by visiting the following link; http://www.livingessence.com.au/index.php?tp=1As you notice, the search has as position "top". So next thing you should do, is go to site modules in the backend, click on the "search" module, give it the position "top" and last but not least, don't forget to unpublish the newsflash module or put it on another position. Regarding the event module, hav eyou checked out this site allready? http://extensions.joomla.org/component/option,com_mtree/task,listcats/cat_id,1832/Itemid,35/Best of luck with your website. Dear All,
Does anybody know if it is possible to use the VM Lytebox feature (as in eMercantilism) in other templates? I would really like to have this nice thing in the Your Store template...
Best regards, Maaike

choice of fixed width AND fluid widths in templates (if its not already) I am especially impressed with code that doesn't conflict with other modules. Major bonus Not to be too greedy - BUT.... color options on all would be great so that menus etc can swap out quickly via parameters. I know they are there on some, but all would be nice! There are some templates that are so great, but I am limited by the BIG black menu bars-some other shades of grey?
