Hello

Joomla 1.7  I want to display in a video on page without installing the extentions S5 Media Player.

I wanted to have local access to the source code "Overview Video" template "Simplex" but no way to display the source code.

Do you have the source code of "Video Overview" so that I integrate my web page above

 thank you

Hello,

It's a custom html module that's calling:

<iframe src="http://player.vimeo.com/video/24169968?title=0&amp;byline=0&amp;portrait=0&amp;color=ffffff" width="380" height="215" frameborder="0"></iframe><p></p>

I just can't understand why people don't return and complete the thread with a "Thank you" or "It worked!", because I'm sitting here with the same issue, researching a solution, attempting with provided suggestions, and still turning up with nothing.  Now without some sort of member following up or concluding the thread, I have no idea whether or not Style5's suggestion worked for them.  Thanks for the contribution members.  Get what you need and go......Ok, onto the problemo...

Let's continue this thread because my editor is still rejecting any embedded code of any kind.  I've tried pasting in your code above, vimeo's provided <iframe> code, vimeos "old HTML code", YouTube's <iframe> code, YouTube's  "old HTML code", and every time I proceed to save, it completely clears all code but the "Lorem ipsum..."

There is another thread where Jonahh mentions, "Turn off your WYSIWYG Editor in the Global Configurations" and that doesn't work (at least for me). Yet another thread that died after a Admin's suggestion.  Ha ha. How the heck did you guys embed the Vimeo video without having this annoying problem that I'm having?

Hello,

Joomla by default will strip javascript or iframes from content for security measures. You can turn it on with the editor, please see the following:
