I would like to modify the drop_down module to be closed on all page loads.

The template pages states that the module stores a cookie on the user's computer after the initial page load.  Hence it is automatically opens on subsequent visits.

I want to always require a click. I want to prevent automatic opening.

Thanks for your help.

Hello,

There is a parameter in the template config where you can set it to open or closed by default:

If you publish an items to drop_down_1 2 or 3 the drop down will automatically appear. Would you like the drop down to be open or closed on page load? After the first load the position will be saved by a cookie on the user's computer. Select open or closed.

If you want to disable the cookie edit the file s5_cookies.js and remove the contents of it and save it.
