reinstalled the custom tabshow module for panth, and have it positioned towards the bottom of the page, setup correctly etc etc.

When I enable mootools effect, it will not rotate or allow you to change tabs by either click or mouseover, and this issue only comes up using the IE browser.  I have gotten it to work using the s5 effect, but it resizes the module on ever tab change and just doesnt look very nice at all when it does that.

Hello,

Try upgrading your joomla install to 1.5.23. Joomla 1.5.20 had an older version of mootools that sometimes caused issues with IE.
