hello,

1. the permalinks does not work. the linkis: ?p=229 but he must http://www.maler-kuntz.de/?p=229 see screenshot
2. the media upload button in the post?s is does not work in the sites works fine.
3. post?s are not displayed
4. the multiuploader is does not work with this theme.

with other theme?s work it all.

Did you change that permalink yourself?  That is not the standard WordPress permalink structure. That "permalink" doesn't actually point anywhere, so of course it won't work.

For the media upload button, have you tried opening it in a new tab?  I've noticed an issue in WordPress 3+ where sometimes the uploader has to be opened in a separate tab or browser window due to the WPadmin javascript not loading correctly.

how to set the permalink's? standard or must I take a different format?
the button work an a new tab. or with an other theme, but not with the elegance theme.

You should not have to set the permalinks at all, Wordpress does that automatically.  You should probably go to the permalinks settings page in the admin & make sure it's set to a format that you're happy with.

There may be a javascript conflict in the admin; I'm planning on taking a look at the code for a couple of the themes once I get this month's theme released, Elegance is at the top of that list.
