I am still having problems with this. I have found it only happens in Internet Explorer - so far in both IE8 & IE9. It is occurring on both my laptop & PC and the clients computer. If I view it in Firefox it works as expected.
The site is live now at the address listed in the first post. But I am also running an unedited copy of Hexicon Gamer at
http://www.offsitebusiness.com.au/hexicon/ and it does the same thing exactly that is occuring on my site after the videos have played.
On my PC I was also able to see it reported the following errors in IE8;
