Hello,

Congratulation,
I am so happy  that you have launched Corporate Response template. Nothing to say about this beautiful template except I love it.
You also added link for back to mobile version I mentioned before.Thanks.

I have just got an error when install Corporate Response template.

JInstaller: :Install: File already exists /mnt/data/vhosts/------.com/httpdocs/language/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_vertex.ini

Will this warning cause any problem later on?

Thanks again.

Hello,

No, that error won't be a problem. That's just showing because you already have another vertex template on the same install. Joomla by default puts them in the same folder. The framework though uses this copy before it uses the copy in the root languages folder:

templates/corporate_response/xml/languages/en-GB/

If that files doesn't exist for some reason (which it always should), then it reverts back to the root languages folder and looks there.

When access to Templae Manager, all the menu shows with XML variable name like "TPL_FIELD_TS_LABEL".
Please see attached image.

I found that there was an old file "en-GB.tpl_vertex.ini" on /httpdocs/language/en-GB/ folder. So I manually replaced it with new one from templates/corporate_response/xml/languages/en-GB/ folder.
But still it doesn't show correctly.

Hello,

That can happen if the user has no language assigned to them. Edit your username and simply save the configuration. If you used jupgrade on your site at any point this is usually the cause of this.

Hello,

You can try increasing the chmod setting of the language file at:

templates/corporate_response/xml/language/en-GB

That's the primary place it looks for the language. The only thing I can think of is a server related issue. But I've tried replicating this and cannot replicate it.

Okay, I finally found what the issue was.

Current setting on user account:
Backend Language: English or Default
Frontend language: Japanese

Everything works fine if I change Frontend language to English on my user account.
Let me know if this is a bug and how to fix this.

Hello,

Please try replacing the following file with the one attached, and let me know if that corrects the problem for you.

templates/corporate_response/vertex/admin/vertexFramework.php
