After viewing what appear to be some really nice WP themes, I purchased and had my tech guy, who has years of experience building websites since back in the day and now creates apps for me as well, upload Paradigm Shift to my exisitng website / WP blog as a replacement theme. However, it is a mess...

To make matters worse, when I click on the Login tab, the screen goes a bit dull and there is no action. I need help from anyone who can get me through this. Take a look at how the theme looks nothing like the demo: www.prosperusa.com

It's a real drag to have to post and hope for some help. There should be immediate support available from Shape5...

Thanks
Tom

The login/register buttons are links to render S5 Box widget positions.  In order for them to display anything, you need to place a widget in the associated sidebar position on the Widgets admin page.

The theme looks exactly like the demo; it's the content that is different, which is to be expected when installing on an existing site rather than using the Site Shaper.

I will be glad to provide whatever support is needed, but I need more detailed information about the trouble you're having.

Tristan... I don't see the blog theme presently at www.prosperusa.com like the Paradigm Shift demo... it's not the same layout in any way at all. It's a straight blog-like page with the text, I already had, shoved in it. The actual demo has a lot more going on... not sure what you're seeing.

When I go to www.prosperusa.com I cannot login. When I click the button the ascreen goes duller and I get no options to do anything. Isn't tjhat how I get to add widgets and play with the layout... by accessing the Dashboard? Can't get in. Mind you I've done things like this before... but whenever I replaced a theme it was the simplest thing of going to wordpress and clicking a new theme and voila... it's done. This is a different animal, obviously.

www.mastervisionary.com is something I just did and was looking to get www.prosperusa.com to look better too with a similar layout, which is what Paradigm Shift looks like in the demo.

Not sure how else to explain this...
1) I want www.prosperusa.com to look like the Paradigm Shift WP demo
2) I can't access anything in order to make any changes
3) The transfer is a straight simple blog page... not like the demo

Thanks
Tom

The layout from the demo uses widgets and you have not placed any yet.  The "layout" is exactly what is is supposed to be before widgets and additional content are added.

When I go to www.prosperusa.com I cannot login. When I click the button the ascreen goes duller and I get no options to do anything. Isn't tjhat how I get to add widgets and play with the layout... by accessing the Dashboard? Can't get in. As I said in my previous response, the "login" button is not an actual login link, it is a trigger for a "lytebox" style widget area to appear.  As with any other Wordpress site, the actual admin area and login is accessible though "{siteurl}/wp-admin".

is something I just did and was looking to get www.prosperusa.com to look better too with a similar layout, which is what Paradigm Shift looks like in the demo.

That site is not using Wordpress, but you can easily get a similar layout with Paradigm Shift once you've added widgets and configured which pages they appear on.

Not sure how else to explain this...
1) I want www.prosperusa.com to look like the Paradigm Shift WP demo

If you want it to look like the demo, you can always install the site shaper, but you will lose all your current content if you do.  If you're just referring to the widgets, you just have to add them through the widget admin panel.

2) I can't access anything in order to make any changes

As with any other Wordpress site, the actual admin area and login is accessible though "{siteurl}/wp-admin".

3) The transfer is a straight simple blog page... not like the demo

See my response to #1.
