only on pages whith kunena menu, the mainmenu of the fusion template gets disturbed

I can understand your assumption, but if you study the way that Joomla and Kunena code is processed on your or any site you will see that the problem can only be caused by the reverse of your suggestion.

Your main menu template is in conflict with the Kunena menu.

There is code in your custom Joomla template that is making it incompatible with Kunena.

The only people that would be able to fix this are those that wrote your Joomla template.

But if it worked with Kunena before you updated that extension, then it is Kunena that is causing the problem, surely, and not the menu. If the menu worked with the old version of Kunena, how can the menu now be at fault?

but, could you pleas have a look in the css or so

It isn't a css issue, it's Kunena causing a javascript issue. Try changing the menu type in the template settings, to something other than suckerfish, see if that solves anything.
