I have tried moving content back and fourth between the pre-text window and the main content window for a box. I cannot see what difference it makes where it is put. Please explain to me the difference between the pre-text and the main content and how I should use it differently.

Hello, both items show in the actual box but the pre-text will show in a grey box aligned the top of the box. It's just a way to give some of the content a different background than the rest.
