Hi, this code is fine:

template css code:

body  {
   background: url(../images/bgn.jpg) no-repeat center top;

But please explain where and how to edit the top module widths or whatever needs to be shortened in order for the image to display?

Thank you!

You need to replace the s5_header_bg.png with your own image.

Also the image you were using on oassist.cloudaccess you will have to re-size to fit the template properly due to the white space in the middle being a different size.

Anything related to modifying module sizing would require custom programming to make the site look the way you want to.
