Hi there!

I'm installing the QuickStart mode with VM and when I click INSTALL SAMPLE DATA I'm getting this error: the XML response that was returned from the server is invalid.

How can I fix this?

Hello,

I believe you are talking about eTensity.  Once you get to this step, ignore this error and finish the install, it should still work. Let me know if you still have any problems.

Im having identical issue with this template, Sea of Glass. I get an error when "Installing Sample Data" Has this been resolved?

I found a work around this problem. The Site Shaper - Import Data does not work but if you imp0rt the SQL file manually to your dbase, then it will work

Hi, I got the same error today with the photofolio shaper site package... is there a way to install everything properly (no errors??)

Hi, i get the same error with photofolio siteshaper, what's the reason for it?
