If you are starting with an empty site, you should use the site shaper to install WP from scratch.  This will allow you to get all the demo content installed automatically as well.

Hio again,

I woud like to know how to setup a form for the login, logout, register button. All i found on the web didnt work. Sorry that i am so dumb

Coud i set a limit to the Posts on the Frontpage? I woud like to get not more than 4 Posts on the Frontpage. The rest shoud go to an achiv. Is this possible?

Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas to all of you

The login/register buttons are widget positions, just find a good login widget plugin and put it in that position.  The "logout" button uses the same position as login, so whatever form you use should also detect if someone is already logged in.

Limiting the number of posts on the front page is a WP setting, I believe under "Settings->Reading".

If you've found a plugin that creates a custom login widget, just place that in the "login" widget position.
