Hello,
Under the Menu Manager > Home menu item. Navigate to the right hand side panel.
From here you can edit the global article settings and the Next/Previous buttons.
You can also do this in each individual article if you don't want a global setting.

I set all of the options to "hide" for the items I didn't want to appear but they still remain on all of my articles? Any suggestions?
-Thanks

Hello,
Check each article directly and see what the settings are set to. Changing it through the Menu Item they are tied to directly should override any article settings though.

I was able to remove all the other details on the articles but "Spotlight News 1" is giving me some trouble. I removed everything except for
Details Hits: 74
How can I remove that remaining text?
-Thanks

Hello,
You would just need to disable the "hits" view from the article/menu settings.

I changed the setting to "hide" within my article but the hits counter is still there. Is there anywhere else that could be overriding the settings from the article?

I have most settings set to "Hide" so I'm not quite sure why I am still having this issue?

Hello, I need my articles open a clean html page, I want my customers see a web page with only the article content. In the shape5 forum, I have seen that it isn't possible if you don't create an item menu first and you assign the article category to it. I have read that item can be unpublished. In that case, my articles don't open in a clean page, all the content of original page is keeped. So I have created a menu item named "Articulos principales" in "Presentaci?n" menu entry. It's published. This is the link: http://administradoresalcazar.es/index.php/conozcanos/aprincipalesIn that page I want delete Author and Hits Columns. ?How can do it? In article manager, options, i have set all fields as date, author, etc to "HIDE". Thank you very much

Hello Sandokan,
You said you changed these in the "article manager" but try changing them in either the Article Global Configuration or the actual Menu Item settings as these often override any settings you input in the Article Settings directly for each article.
