Before posting I read through the other suckerfish dropdown problem posts but was unable to resolve my issue. Please do not direct me to them for a solution

My site addy is: http://ivchost.com/pupv2

On the menu item "Resources" there are 2 sub-items "For Dog Lovers" and "For Dog Owners."  When hovering over "Resources" no dropdown shows on any of the pages. The only time that a hover on "Resources" actually shows the dropdown items is when I have clicked "Resources" and am on the "Resources" ("List all categories" menu item type) page.

I am redesigning the site from its original Wordpress design (http://pamperurpoochie.com) and the 'joomla:intigue' format is not plugged into the live site yet, but this is a major factor in how the redesign develops from this point forward as far as structure hierarchy and how the placement of additional content not present in the original site is implemented.

I am pressed for time on this, so I am thanking you in advance for your assistance, since a proper thank you and acknowledgement may not come as quickly as a working solution.

(For the record, Shape5 is awesome!!! I am using the Vertex template for Joomla on my personal site at http://princehmarshalljr.com and it is a beautiful thing/template!! Gone are the days of hand coding in html to get what I wanted!)

P.S.- I did install the S5 Flex Menu Plugin as well with same results both enabled and disabled.

Hello,

This is a strange one because the element structure of the menu is different on both pages, even though it's calling the same menu. In other words on the homepage the sub menus aren't even in the source, it's not that they just aren't showing, they actually aren't on the page anywhere.

Do you have the same menu published across all pages? Do you have the menu sub to show subs?

Can you try creating a test menu with subs and see if the menu works with this newly created menu instead? If it does, there might be something misconfigured with the current menu.

Can you say dumb**s?...I can!!!

Though it doesn't explain why it showed on one page and not the others, when I went into the "Main Menu" module itself, "Show Sub-menu Items" option was set to "No." I had looked at every possible other place, EXCEPT there!

Thanks for your help, and I apologize for overlooking such a simple solution.

And the menu said to the developer, "Who YOU calling "sucker"?!?!?
