I have some trouble with 2CO and their service.

They seem to ask a multitude of questions as well as demanding access to ALL legal documents of my business and my person, just in order to perform the same service I currently hold with PayPal.

Why is it that they need all this information just to be able to perform a transaction service? It's not like they are liable to the customer if the service paid for at my site is not satisfactory. I am.

Why do they handle this so differently? And why isn't it enough for them that I agree to follow all their Terms and Conditions? (Which I did when signing up and paying 49$).

I questioned this in a calm and business like manner, just to be dismissed by their Risk manager without any explanations, leaving me with a bitter feeling that I should go home and rethink my life.

I'm of course going to pursue this further, but I'm just a bit curious how one should go about in order to manage to fulfil their demands without obviously stepping on someone's toes? Any experience of 2CO enrolment?

Ok, finally one of their Risk assessment team answered. "You must have a Refund policy and you can not refuse that."

Which I didn't do.

I just tried to point out the impossible in a situation of exercising refunds when all files already had been downloaded and the service consumed.

I also explained that I have a Refund Policy and that it clearly explains that no refund can be done after access to the files had been handed out. But no, that didn't work.

Hopefully we are all just having a very very bad day... Undecided

Well, seems like we finally agreed, me and 2CO.

They apologized for the delays and declined from charging me any entry fee.

A Refund Policy is in place for downloadable goods and 2CO still need a plethora of info, but hey: I'm back in the game!  Cheesy

Thanks 2CO for responding to my concerns!
