Hi, Template installed, setup and working. However I am unable to login with admin details??? I have done an install twice to see if install was corrupted, still no luck. Password being used has no spaces etc. How do I resolve this? Url: www.joomlaweb.co.za

4th re-install, even downloaded template again to be sure, still unable to login as admin???

Hello,
I just tested a fresh install and it worked fine for me. The admin login is created by you on the first step of the install, make sure you are setting it up exactly as you enter it on this screen. If that is still not working you can try in another browser, and if that doesn't work then there is an issue with your server environment.

What the previous person as said is true. I used a password that I know vey well and I could not login to my new installation. I am now reinstalling but this problem is real.

3 times I have reinstalled and installed this template and each time I cannot login. I tried chrome, firefox and IE. The password was one of my family members name so I did not make a mistake or forget. Ifs there anything else I can try.

Hello,
I've just downloaded a fresh site shaper again, and installed it on two separate machines, with login credentials that I have never used before, and it worked with no issues on both machines. The template itself has no way to effect the login credentials, that is all setup by the Joomla installation. What version of the site shaper are you installing and are you doing this on localhost or on a live server?

SUCCESS I tried 3 times to install and login to a the site using the user ADMIN On the fourth attempt change the user and I WAS ABLE TO LOGIN.

Mi servidor Aruba.it ha resulto el problema.
El problema se ha resuelto mediante el cambio "Sitio Login" para mascotas > En el panel de administraci?n de Joomla y precisi?n en la administraci?n > -> Configuraci?n Global -> Permisos -> registro
Quisiera preguntar c?mo es posible hacer un cambio en el formato o tipo de letra por defecto del contenido de los art?culos.
