Hi there,
After installing the site shaper i viewed the site and all seems ok until you want to view items in the shop, then all goes very strange.
All the css and template format is missing
I checked back through install instructions and it tells me to alter a file ..... administrator\components\com_virtuemart\virtuemart.cfg.php
I have navigated as instructed but the file is not there !!!

What have I missed.
Please help asap

Hello,

I just tested our most recent Site Shaper for eShopper and when I navigated to the back end on a fresh installation all the styling for Virtuemart was intact. I am actually not sure about their file structures as it isn't our extension so I would suggest contacting them @ Virtuemart.net and ask them why your back end layout isn't functioning properly in their extension.

Thanks Mike but that really doesn't help.
According to the shape5 instructions I am supposed to edit a file but the file isn't there.
If you do a fresh install and navigate around the site you will see that product pages do not appear correctly.
I am assuming this is because a path needs to be changed somewhere in the site to suit the new install. I just don't know where to make that change as the suggested file does not exist.

please help.

Hello,

I just downloaded the 2.5 version of the E-Shopper Site Shaper. I installed it to a fresh database with the most recent files. The front end looks the same as our demo and the product pages in the back end seem to be working fine as well as seen in the screen shot attached.

If you still have issues I wouldn't definitely suggest contacting VM to see what they find as they may have had reports on this on certain server setups before. If all else fails you can just remove VM and reinstall the latest version directly from their site to see if this helps.
