Hello,

That is something you will have to consult the 3rd party developer on as it isn't our script. I did look at it though and it looks very similar to our Image and Content Fader v3 module which has been fully tested with all our Templates. I would suggest using our extensions if you want to avoid 3rd party conflicts.

Alright,

I would have the developer take a look to determine the cause of conflict within their script.

Hi, I return to this issue, I changed the carrousel and continues the same problem, it creates a conflict with the SCROLL TO TOP ARROW button. And to select left or right on the carrousel acts as if the button scroll to top arrow.

Carrousel in home page.

Any idea?

thanks

Hello,

I just took a look at your site and the scroll to top function seemed to be working properly. Not sure what issue you were having regarding this but if you have any more detail let me know.

The great Mike again XD, in the slide of the homepage to give arrows to change news, the screen descends to the head of the slide, as the effect of the scroll to top, to disable the scroll to top, the problem of slide disappears.

Hello,

This looks to be more of an issue with the functionality of the Module causing this. Can you see if using a different position such as top_row1 helps with this? If it doesn't I would suggest contacting the developer of the module to see why it is forcing the page down onclick.

When you click the arrows it is appending the following into the URL:

http://erp.unisport.es/unisport/#myCarousel

Which is forcing the page down to that element. That is not something the template has any control over.
