If I enable Mobile Device Layout I get a complete BLANK page. If I look at firebug this is what shows

Corporate Response is a responsive release and is designed to adapt to smaller screens automatically.  The option for "Mobile Layout" isn't even supposed to appear in the admin at all.  If you disable it, you will see that when you visit the site on a mobile device, the layout still adjusts to fit.
