Author Topic: Virus detected during upload  (Read 541 times)

After downloading the quick install zip file and then uploading to my server through cPanel, a virus is detected and deny's the upload.
After several attempts without success I am now unzipping the file and uploading by FTP. Anyone else find this a problem?

I didn't have this problem!

- Where did you download the file from?
- Which host are you using?
- Are you using the SiteShaper or basic template file?

Hello,

None of our files have any viruses. If you are getting detection from a program it is most likely a false positive. I have tested the downloads with 3-4 major anti virus programs and they are all clean.
