hi,

im having a problem with the custom_1 position

i publish a custom html module to cutsom_1, it was working fine until firefox crashes then when i go to the module it shows nothing in the editor (im using jce) so the editor was blank but the images i publish before the crash are still showing

right now there are no modules publish to custom position and the images are still showing. i even uninstall and reinstall the template, send the module to the trash and even this way is still showing the images. i cant unpublish them or make any changes.

you can see it int

Hello,

Try changing your editor to "None" and making sure that there is no source code left in the input box. If there is no source code and/or the module is not published it won't appear on the front end. If it does clear your cache and check everything that is published here. Also keep in mind the following restrictions regarding this position:

This is the custom_1 position, it is designed only for the image slide module. This position does not appear on IE7/8, in its place custom_3 will show, and only shows for IE7/8.
