Please note - This module uses the php mail() function. If you are not receiving emails this is a security setting on your server or a spam filter issue. Please contact your hosting provider to resolve this issue. In most cases there will be no issue at all.

Hi there,

My website uses PHP mail for regular emails. I installed this module and it worked fine when I tested it. Now it does not anymore. I have sent an email using the Contact Us page and it was delivered successfully.

What's the problem?

My web site is: http://www.theifim.com

Hi there,

The emails seem to go through now. The problem was that I had <!-- -- > 2 fields. However, I still need to hide those fields.

How do I do it?

My contact form does not work, despite the email address having no security/span filters. Someone please help.

Hello,

As stated at the top of this post your server must be able to use the php mail() function. Some servers require authentication to use this function but is very rare, in which case you would not be able to use this module. You would need to contact your hosting provider for this information.

Hi,
I'm receiving emails from other forms on the website.
But the form isn't working.
Site is: yourcreativecrew.com (the contact us is at the "register" location).
It used to work before...
Thanks,
Yonatan

Hello,

This is not a bug in the module, please see my post a few posts above. Your server is most likely asking for authentication, this module does not have authentication parameters, it uses the basic mail() php call.
