Hello,

Could you be a bit more specific? I am not sure what you need help with from what you wrote.

Ok.

There is a custom HTML module titled "Live Chat" module in EZ Web Hosting Template.

It does not work like (S5 Habla Chat) one of your free module, where you add ID from Olark.com

The challenge is how do I set up  Live Chat Module in EZ Web Hosting Template.

Thanks

Hello,

The Template doesn't have any Live Chat functionality included with it. We are simply just illustrating where you could integrate a Chat Extension and provided some sample coding to stylize it. You will still need to install an Extension to provide this functionality for your site and apply it to any of the available module positions.

Thanks.
But is there a way I can apply the same styling on the template to the Chat Extension.

Hello,

This is just custom HTML input with a radio button using the -gray module class suffix in the top_row2_2 position. The styling for the chat itself will use the default styling of whatever extension you choose to use in this position.

The default coding we used in the module is below:

Quote
<p><img src="images/chaticon.png" alt="phone icon" style="float: left; padding-right: 25px;" /> <span class="s5_highlightcolor" style="display: block; padding-top: 16px;">We are available 24/7 to answer your questions. We specialize in customer service. </span> <input class="button" type="submit" name="submitBtn" value="Live Chat" /></p>
