I first talked with my extension/ component developer about an issue that is happening with portions of the layout department and they have confirmed with me that it is the lime light template it's self.

To recreate this error:

1) Enter in your browser.
2) Login with demo / demo as Username/ Password
3) Click on "Atenddee list"  or" ticket sales"under the events menu on jomsocial
4) scroll to bottom

I scrolled to the bottom on that page but wasn't able to see the Image you referenced. Also the Template doesn't have control over how a 3rd party extension is displayed. It would be the responsibility of the extension developer to use !important overrides for common CSS styling elements.
