I updated WP to 3.6.1 and now several images on my site are "mini' sized. I have had a developer look at the site and she wasn't able to find the cause of the issue. Has anyone else had issues.
Are there any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

What do you mean by "mini"? Can you provide a screenshot with annotation outlining the difference between intended and actual?

The photos are supposed to be 300x200 pixels. They were fine before I upgraded to 3.6.1.

What browser are you using? Your site is displaying fine for me in Firefox.

Looking at it in Chrome, the only thing I can image the problem would be is that you're using tables; Chrome is telling me that the tables are causing nested margin/border/padding repeating to compress the usable area.
I asked Jonah about it and he said "Tables are a deprecated method of site layout and cause issues used with DIVs".
I would suggest changing that page layout to use divs instead of tables; the info slide uses divs, and tables are not meant to have structure tags inside them.
