I have attempted to get support via email, and did not get a response.  I understand that emails can sometimes slip through the cracks.

I am having problems accessing member areas of the site.  Some parts of the site say that I do not have an active membership, though when I log it says that I still have over 200 days left on my membership.  I can't download anything from the Joomla template club.

It has worked in the past, and I just need files to repair the flex menu plugin that disappeared somehow when I was transferring hosting.

We have not received any emails from you. Your account is fully active and does not expire until 9/8/14. If it's not showing active for you then there is a local session problem on your machine. I would suggest logging out, clear your browser cookies and cache, and login. Or simply try from another machine.
