Hello

I have one or two extensions that are components and I don't seem to be able to get them to show in articles; which is where I really need them to be.

I have modules anywhere installed and I'm using Joomla 3.1.5

For instance, if I use Ignite photo gallery, I am the module for that component but only the title shows...none of the images show. If I associate it with a menu item, it works fine.

Amy thoughts ?

Many thanks

Hello,

Components do not show inside of articles. An article is part of the com_content, which is a component in itself. If you need a component on a page you have to create a menu item that points to the component, but you can never have articles and components on the same page, that's a default feature of Joomla itself. You can have modules show on the same page as articles, but not components.
