I'm currently doing a redesign of a website at: http://www.basslakepark.ca/new/index.php?option=com_k2&view=itemlist&layout=category&task=category&id=27&Itemid=13 . I have added an RSS Feed in the bottom_row1_3 position.  The following line in the bottom_row3_1 position is then pushed to the center of the next line?

Is this a template issue or am I missing something in the back-end?  When I unpublish the RSS feed module the template returns to its proper position.

Hello,

In the Template Manager under Row Distribution can you check to make sure the bottomrow3 distribution is set to automatic? It's hard to tell without seeing the settings but it looks like it might be set on 2 which would distribute the width by 50%

Thanks Mike for the response.

I tried a couple more things.

- 3rd row I made automatic width - No Correction to the Issue
- when I changed manual settings in row1 to automatic width - Corrected the template issue

With that said, I'd love to have a 50-25-25 split on row1.

Do you have any clue what might be causing the problem?

Thanks again,

Steve

Thanks Mike,

I did a little more research when I ran into the same type of problem in the Construction Template.  In this case, I placed the RSS module on the RIGHT to the bottom and it messed up my next actual row.  I think it was BottomRow1.  Next step was to place it at the top of the Right Column and it slightly skewed a module directly underneath it.  I concluded at this point that it was Joomla RSS module causing the issue.  I don't know enough about programming but it appears that a clear statement was missing somewhere.

My next step was to purchase an RSS module that was highly rated.  I plugged it in, changed my row widths back to what I originally had and it solved the problem.

I hope this helps from your end as well as mine.  Thanks again for your questions to help guide the process.

Have a good one.
