Simple question, but one that has been frustrating me:

The bottom blue line, that Firebug shows to be #s5_footer_area_inner {border-top: 5px solid #0088CA;}.........where is it?  How do I access this to change this CSS?  Firebug shows it as inline CSS (#3), but won't show me the source.

Please direct me to it!  Thanks.

Hello,

You can find this at  line 217 in the index.php for the Template. It is also echoing the color as specified in the Template Manager if that is what you are looking to change.
