Hello,

Most of the website that I have worked on in the past I used k2 instead of the standard Joomla articles. I started to use k2 and on the homepage the layout on the featured articles section looks entirely different. There is normally a large blue box as the heading for the section and there are template style buttons for the read more box. With k2 it does not have the same styling of the template it seems.

I am not expert by any means about changing the codes around, so wondering if there is a way to fix this with k2 easily or I am open to hear what you guys think about using k2 instead of joomla articles. The templates that I purchased in the past had utilized k2 where your templates don't seem to. I guess my question is do you think I stop using to k2 to better match the template or is it a small thing to make the changes within k2?
Thanks

Hello,

Disabling 3rd party styling in the Template Manager might help a bit with the display. Joomla has made quite a bit of improvements to the whole article system so I would generally suggest using the default one. If you are trying to customize the look of your K2 display I would suggest watching our Firebug Tutorial as it explains how to easily identify and modify CSS.
