I am trying to place a menu in the Custom_1 position, per the sample on the site and am unable to figure out how to do it.

Second, the text on the main menu keeps resizing to 2 levels. I need it to stay at one row and resize to fit as it does initially upon page load.

Hello,

I took a look at your site but I am not able to replicate the issues you are describing. It looks like you may have changed the layout from your initial posting. If the menus are being forced to 2 rows you need to either reduce the overall font size / padding or reduce the physical content of the menu.
