Which version of the widget are you using?

There are only 4 options specific to the widget, 3 of which are dropdowns:

Title - Same as any other widget; displays the entered title on the widget.

Select Menu - Use this to select which custom menu you want the widget to display.

Enable or Disable First Level Parent Hyperlinks - Enables or disables the links for the top level menu items.

Maximum Depth - Only load "X" levels deep into the menu, or load all.

what is Responsive visibility classes?
i created a second accordion menu to show only on selected pages. but it didn't show on those pages but showed on main page. i had done target by url. not sure if this is related to the query issue or patch you are working on. but thought this was a different issue. i just needed a menu that showed on selected pages

what is Responsive visibility classes?

The responsive visibility classes are a theme-related setting available on all widgets, not just Accordion Menu.  The responsive classes allow you to show or hide any widget only on specific screen sizes; allowing you to have certain parts of your content only appear on mobile or only show if the visitor is on a large enough screen.  There is more detail about those classes available under the "Features" menu of the demo.

Are you sure you didn't set it to hide on those pages?  Also: target by URL doesn't mean you have to put the full URL - the best option is to use the smallest possible unique identifier for the page(s), and have wildcards around that.

While Widget Context is the best way to use Shape 5 themes to their full potential, it is a third party plugin and training on how to use it is not covered by the support included in membership.  If you are having difficulty getting widgets to display on the correct pages, I suggest finding some tutorials on how to use it correctly - I'm sure a quick search on Google for "Widget Context Tutorial" will probably find you a few good ones, possibly even some YouTube videos.

This has nothing to do with the javascript and jQuery issues that your site was having.

i looked under features for the responsive visibility classes and don't see that. can you tell me what it is titled?

are the responsive visibility classes tied to the mobile layout then? i had posted another post several days ago about not finding the mobile information that was listed in the demo. below is the info i couldn't find.

can't find the widget locations for the mobile pages. on your site it shows there are positions ready for mobile layout.
http://www.shape5.com/demo/index.php?wp/new-vision

The mobile layout contains a mobile menu system, login and register functionality, and the following sidebar positions: search, breadcrumb, mobile_top_1, mobile_top_2, mobile_bottom_1, and mobile_bottom_2. The mobile sidebar positions are unique to the mobile device layout and will only show in this layout.

I can't find where to activate this, if that is needed.  How do I get to that layout and how do I have that to show when people go to the website from a mobile device?

There is no mobile version for the responsive releases, as responsive becomes mobile.

The link you found is for one of the Joomla demos, I don't have any involvement in that side of the club, so I've informed them that it's broken.  Here's the same information on a WP demo (Note: it's the exact same information as the Joomla version, because the code is all the same - the only difference is where you enter the classes):
