Those are HTML examples in text widgets for demo purposes only; they are not an actual function of the theme.

Those text widgets are located in the "TabShow Tab #" 1 and 2 positions.  As previously stated, they are only hard coded examples for demo purposes only, and not an actual feature of the theme.

Please re-download the latest version of the Site Shaper and overwrite your files with the ones from the Shaper through FTP (I recommend using FileZilla).  If you want your site to look exactly the same as the demo, then you will need to run the "Sample Data Injector" plugin, but back up all your content first as the Shaper plugin will erase everything in the database and replace it with the sample data.

There is a good chance that you're having issues because you haven't updated to the latest version of the theme since your initial download 8 months ago.  There have been multiple patches to the admin since then, and I am working on a patch this week as well.

Hi

I have redownloaded it seems to be working better now

Please have a look at my top menu and how the letters (at the bottom) get cut off ?
How can this be fixed? http://blissofbalance.com/#

Then also see my content image fader box and the two boxes next to it are not aligned properly , see at the bottom. How can this be fixed?

Thanks

   Excellent.

If you remove the "overflow:hidden;" under "#s5_nav li" (around line 114 of s5_flex_menu.css), the letters shouldn't be cut off any more.

Then also see my content image fader box and the two boxes next to it are not aligned properly , see at the bottom. How can this be fixed?

If you change the height of the fader to 407px, it should be tall enough to line up with the bottom of the other widgets; however, if you do that, it will be taller than the images you have in it currently.  You could also just make the content of the other widgets shorter.
